Incorrect string for screen share picker

UI review for https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=618798 discovered that the prompting string was incorrect. This has been fixed in https://codereview.chromium.org/2296063002/, creating this bug for merging to 54. Note that this is a string change, has to go into 54 this week.

Verified in M54 dev 54.0.2840.14 in Win, Mac, Linux

I now see the "Screensharing Extension wants to share the content .... " in the picker dialog.
