Blink try bots only archive results before patch, not after patch.

For rebaselining from try jobs, it will be much more useful if the results with the patch can be rebaselined rather than those without the patch -- because the results with the patch should contain the new baselines that we care about. See  bug 642980 .

As pointed out in  bug 642980 , Blink try bots do archive results with patch, not without, so this actually doesn't need to be changed, I believe.
