Google Cast missing

Reported by pekka.j....@gmail.com, Sep 1 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.89 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. No cast icon
2. No Cast option in menu

What is the expected behavior?
Google Cast integrated to browser and working without separate extension.

What went wrong?
No Google Cast feature at all.

Did this work before? Yes Worked with previous stable Chrome version.

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.89 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This is strange because just a few days ago you wrote a blog about how it's now built-in to Chrome: https://chrome.googleblog.com/2016/08/google-cast-is-now-built-in-to-chrome.html

You can access casting by using the context (right click) menu on a web page or the Cast... item in the Chrome menu. Or, sites that have built in support will have their own Cast icon.

The Cast icon does not appear in the toolbar by default. You can install it there by installing the Google Cast extension from the Web store, or in Chrome 55, right clicking on the icon and selecting "Always show icon."

Sorry for any confusion!
