Regression: Unwanted space is seen on ‘View site information’ bubble for Settings source page.

OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings, right click anywhere and select ‘View Page Source’.
2) In Settings source page, click on ‘View site information’ button in omnibox and observe.

On clicking ‘View site information’ button unwanted space is seen on right side of bubble.

On clicking ‘View site information’ button unwanted space should not be seen on right side of bubble.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-52, below is the bisect info

I'm not sure I agree this is strictly a regression, as the text is different in the videos. The second sentence is shorter, leaving the extra space, but there might be is a minimum width for the window which makes this acceptable. I'll check it on a Mac.

(I also don't think this should be a P1, as viewing page information on a view-source page should be a relatively uncommon UI action)

Still repros.

Removing ominbox label, as this is purely a bug about the site info bubble.

This is obsolete with the move to Harmony - see attached screenshot of Chrome Canary 64 with --enable-features=SecondaryUiMd. The old Cocoa UI will be removed and replaced in a couple of milestones.
