In Incognito window, sad face icon is not seen for any killed page.

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2840.8 (Official Build)3c0742be8b25b0ba61b2a7cb632b3c989bd9e80b-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#91} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and open a New Incognito Window.
2) In Incognito window, kill the page using chrome://kill.
3) Observe the icon on tab for the killed page.

Sad face icon is not visible on tab.

Sad face icon should be visible on tab.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-51 (Chrome version: 51.0.2664.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

It actually seems that it is shown, the contrast is just quite low. The sad face icon is also dark grey which is less visible on the grey tab, but I think it's there.

That is true: the sad tab icon is present, but very difficult to see in the Incognito theme.

bettes@, can we get an Incognito sad-tab icon that is in a lighter color palette?

This bug is dead.

In the Views browser, the tab is dark but the icon is light (like other Views browsers)
In the Cocoa browser, the same thing applies now - the tab is dark but the icon is light.
