Please create optional setting: 'Do not refresh deleted nodes'

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 52.0.2743.82 (Developer Build) Built on 8.5, running on Debian 8.5 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : All URLs
Other browsers tested: no
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue: n/a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Right click HTML object, select Inspect.
(2)Delete highlighted node, select Delete Element
(3)Hit ctrl+f5 on keyboard

What is the expected result?
HTML object should stay deleted.

What happens instead?
It does not stay deleted.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

To whom it may concern,

Chromium has the ability to delete html nodes. However, these nodes 
are refreshed back into the page. Would it be possible to 
allow deleted nodes to stay deleted after refreshing a webpage?

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
DOM model is populated while HTML is parsed upon reload. There isn't much we can do here to stay in line with the web developers' expectations. You need to comment it out in HTML.

Following the DOM model makes sense, standardization hadn't occurred to me while writing to you.
