Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. access your Google account

2. enter this url in the browser address bar:

https://plus.google.com/u/0/_/notifications/frame?sourceid=%3Cscript%20window.jstiming.load.tick(%27bl%27);

3. Google Plus opens windows indefinitely in Google Chrome (this does not happen in other web browsers)

What is the expected behavior?
The web browser should respond to a single request response

I can shorten the url and share a post on Google+: the user to click on the link look like your browser windows open indefinitely

Another question:

- access the Google URL Shortener page
- shortened the url: https://plus.google.com/u/0/_/notifications/frame?sourceid=%3Cscript%20window.jstiming.load.tick(%27bl%27);
- in applications google, Google Plus icon appears disabled (this application is not available in your language)
- the message in notifications: There was an error loading notifications. Reloads the page and try again.
