Sudden change of tone symbol for certain Chinese PinYin after zooming in

Issue description

<b>Chrome Version       : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b>
URLs (if applicable) : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_numerals#Characters_with_military_usage
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) zoom under 110% (inclusive)
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?

0: renamed 洞 (dòng) lit. hole

What happens instead?

(seems like this, although if you copy and paste it to somewhere else, it will still be (dòng) )
0: renamed 洞 (dóng) lit. hole
