OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4).

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://play.google.com/store/movies/details/The_Angry_Birds_Movie?id=z5R2MovsCFw&hl=en
2. Play the video and click on 'Send feedback' icon, observe the video and the screenshot.

Actual: Grey patch is observed instead of the video and no screenshot is captured.

Expected: No grey patch should be seen and screenshot should be captured.

This is a regression issue broken in M-53.

Manual Regression Range:
Good Build: 53.0.2746.0 
Bad Build: 53.0.2748.0 

Providing CL as the video does not play in chromium builds.
