Regression: Drop down list of chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/microphone is not seen properly.

Chrome Version:
OS: Windows() 

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/microphone
2. Click on drop down seen on page and observe.

Actual: Drop down list of microphone is not seen properly.

Expected: Drop down list of microphone should seen properly.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and will soon update other info.

Bad build: 55.0.2845.0

Tested on 55.0.2846.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

It looks ok to me, am I missing something?

I doubt it was my patch that caused the regression but I'm not going to try to find another owner if it's already been fixed.
