Helen, Can you reproduce this issue when suspending from crosh shell terminal in browser? How about regular suspend(set short suspend timeout)? Close lid to suspend and open?

The issue is not reproducible from crosh shell terminal in browser or close lid/open lid in main screen (VT1). The issue is reproducible in VT2 if close lid > open lid > go to VT1 (ctr-alt-F1). crash: https://crash.corp.google.com/browse?stbtiq=fccf5a6500000000
