Can't get to google drive while using chrome

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) When in chrome, try to get to google.
(2) Error message - this site can't be reached...may be down or moved
(3) If I click to diagnose errors, report is no errors detected.

What is the expected result?

Expected result is to be able to connect to google drive or other links from w/i email.

What happens instead?

Error message... This site canot be reacher.  The webpage at https... might be temporarily down or moved.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Could you please confirm the Chrome version and OS platform details. Also, please check the same in incognito mode or profile without any extensions and update your observation here. Does this happen only with Google Drive or on other URLs as well.
