DevTools: Cannot resize sources splitview from Scope/Watch header

screenshot attached.

When going through a demo, Pavel attempted to resize the splitview by dragging this header. 
It didn't work. It probably should. :)

For example the Styles/Event Listeners/DOM Breakpoints tab bar does have this drag ability.
