Incorrect bookmark spacing for long name

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2845.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add a bookmark with a long name to see 3 dots.
2.

What is the expected behavior?
The spacing for long texts should be same as other bookmark items.

Specs can be seen in  Issue 631275 . 

What went wrong?
The spacing is incorrect for long text bookmarks. It can be observed well in the first attached screenshot that shows hover of 'STEFAN JANOSKI...' bookmark item.

Chrome version: 55.0.2845.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I think +shrike handles bookmark works.

The attached screenshot shows pre-MD bookmarks bar. Maybe fading long texts is better idea (like before).

Confirmed. Sometimes I see the correct padding and sometimes it is to close to the 3 dots.

This seems to be fixed under MacViews & MDRefresh.

Spacing left/right is the same.
