After a Chrome crash all but Chrome's shelf icons are missing in multiprofile.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log in to multiple profiles.
(2) Crash Chrome.

What is the expected output?
In the restore session both profiles should remain loaded.

What do you see instead?
In the second profile (and maybe more, I only have 2 set up) all of the shelf icons except for Chrome's are missing. Logging out and logging back in again fixes the issue.

I've been hitting this after browser crashes probably induced by ARC. I just tried to reproduce the issue by navigating to chrome://inducebrowsercrashforrealz and didn't observe the issue.

The crash IDs for the crash that triggered this issue are: f3f53f5100000000 (ARC), c3833f5100000000 (Chrome)

I could not repro the issue by manually inducing the browser crash. 

Based on the crash stack, seems it crashes in LeakDetectorRemoteController::OnRemoteProcessShutdown(), which is introduced by this CL: https://codereview.chromium.org/2062743002. 

sque@, could you take a look at it to see if it relates to your change please? Thanks.
