Chrome stopped populating clickbuffer |

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2816.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Hightlight text in chrome 2. Middle click somewhere you can type What is the expected behavior? Highlighted text is pasted. What went wrong? Highlighted text is not pasted; rather, whatever was previously highlighted (from another application) is pasted. Did this work before? Yes A couple weeks ago. Chrome version: 54.0.2816.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Internal bug: http://b/31177222.
