Bookmark folders on bookmark bar stay highlighted

Version: Stable (M52)
OS: Mac OS X

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click a folder on the bookmarks bar
(2) Click on it again to make the menu disappear
(3) Observe the highlight state

What is the expected output?
Folder should go back to being unhighlighted

What do you see instead?
Folder remains highlighted. Maybe a bug with MD top Chrome?
