Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start the Secure Shell (beta) chrome app.
2. Make a new connection.
3. The 2nd line in the console has a goo.gl URL that links to a bad location (which, I assume, once worked).

Here's what I see:

What is the expected behavior?
http://goo.gl/TK7876 should go to https://chromium.googlesource.com/apps/libapps/+/master/nassh/doc/FAQ.md (as far as I can tell).

What went wrong?
http://goo.gl/TK7876 goes to https://chromium.googlesource.com/apps/libapps/+/master/nassh/doc/faq.txt.

I think the Chrome issue component should be Platform>Apps>Default>Hterm.
