What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.yahoo.com/movies/the-secret-life-of-pets-trailer-210049763.html
(2)After loading the video click on fullcreen icon and right click, observe.

Actual: 
1.Context menu doesn't appear after right clicking on video.
2.Unnecessary hand pointer appears in video.

Expected:
1.Context menu should appear after right clicking on video.
2.Mouse pointer should appear in video.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M30' series i.e chrome version 30.0.1549.1
