Precondition :
1. Sign in to chrome which has a lot a data for any synced device.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and sign in to chrome.
2. Tap on Recent tabs.
3. Long Tap on the synced tabs which has lot of data > Tap on Open all.
4. Wait for few seconds again tap on Open all. 

Observed results:
App Freezes

Expected results:
App should not freeze.
