Transform Leak Memory

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load index.html
2. Wait and see the memory usage in the task manager

What is the expected result?
Memory used by Chrome  remains relatively stable.

What happens instead?
At beginning of recording the memory usage is about 12Mb, 
after 4 hours the memory usage increase of more than 30Mb.

At the same time, I don't have this issue on Firefox.

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Stable Version - 52.0.2743.116

Screen-recording is attached.

Tested this for more than 4 hours and the Memory Usage is captured as 12Mb.

@wyjjiao: Could you please re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person -> Do not Login] and let us know your observations.

@rnimmagadda:As you say, I re-test the same on a clean profile,and test this for more than 6 hours and the Memory Usage is 37Mb.
