You see that message when you start your computer? What process is causing it? I don't know what library(bookcase) is. Is this somehow related to Google Chrome?
Thenk you for your reply.

are startin.Than on the middle of screen i have sentence

If you see the blue Chromium icon (rather than the green-red-yellow-blue Google Chrome icon), then it sounds like you have Chromium installed rather than Google Chrome. It seems like the version of Chromium you have was built after support for Windows XP was removed from the code. You can try uninstalling it from the Add/Remove Programs control panel and then installing Google Chrome from http://www.google.com/chrome. The last supported version of Google Chrome on Windows XP is Chrome 49.

If you wish to use Chromium rather than Google Chrome, you will have you use an older version. This one might work for you: https://www.googleapis.com/download/storage/v1/b/chromium-browser-snapshots/o/Win%2F369898%2Fmini_installer.exe?generation=1452907990298000&alt=media.

Closing this issue since the problem is with software on your computer unrelated to Google Chrome.
thank you
