I had already done what you suggested, but AdGuard/Adblocker is a Chrome extension which does not allow cancelation.There is no trash bin, but another symbol meaning it was installed by "an entrepreneurial policy" and it can't be uncked/removed (see picture attached). I found it's the same "bgnkhhnnamicmpeenaelnjfhikgbkllg". I have searched the net and can't find a solution. By the way, this program offers an uninstal.exe and it just doesn't work. Any way, thanks for your help! :-)

That means it's installed by enterprise policy - i.e., whatever company, school, etc, manages / owns your device or account is requiring that it be installed.
