Isolate server UI should give workaround for downloading big files |

Issue descriptionThere is an appengine restriction that limits how big of files can be downloaded. Both of the files here are too big https://isolateserver.appspot.com/browse?namespace=default-gzip&hash=e965ad140e6a166775716c7439fc951eb3a2f4fa https://screenshot.googleplex.com/taeWwPzrgNZ Clicking on them only gives a blank page. Suggestion would be something like: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/RdqeJDV73Mo Where the isolate command to download it is given.
