Regression: 'Actions' menu list of chrome://history does not close after clicking on close icon of search field.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2840.6 (Official Build) 913de510430509b3a185e36e6ad568fe29392df6-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#28} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). Steps: 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history/syncedTabs and Sign into Chrome with valid credentials. 2. Type any keyword in search field and click on 'Actions' menu icon 3. Now click on close icon of search field and observe. Actual: 'Actions' menu list does not close after clicking on close icon of search field. Expected: 'Actions' menu list should close after clicking on close icon of search field. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-54', below is bisect info: Good Build: 54.0.2823.0 Bad Build: 54.0.2824.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/925fac52ddea6acceec80a70b0fae291034c05c5..bcdbb72470c705f4363a4cbe87eb8f9686b55088?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r410304 ? This is now fixed (by R440308). When the actions menu is open, it is not possible to click the clear search button: you must close the menu first. |
