Steps to reproduce: 
1. Launch Chrome> Force stop chrome and then relaunch [this is to enable download icon in menu]
2. Open m.facebook.com in one tab> From Menu, Tap on Download icon
3. Once download is completed open the offline saved page in another tab [can open through snackbar as well as from Downloads]
4. Go back to the first tab [non-offline page]> Tap on tab switcher icon to go to tab switcher mode> Rotate the device to landscape mode
5. Tap on the second tab [offline page] and Observe to the right of the tab

Observed behavior: 
A black patch is seen on the right of the tab for a while

Expected behavior:
No black patches should be seen on tab

<5/5> 

Note: Issue is seen on devices having on-screen keys 

Additional comments: 
1. Good Build: 54.0.2830.0, Bad Build: 54.0.2832.0
2. This issue is not present on M53-53.0.2785.87
3. This issue is seen on Android devices ex. Spice Mi-498 (6.0.1/MOB30W), Karbonn Sparkle V (5.1.1/LMY47V), Moto G 2nd Gen (6.0/MPB24)
