(Setting to assigned since it has an owner.) When is he back? He knows this test best by far. I don't think it's a big rush to fix. I took a very quick look, but can't guess what could have went wrong because of that CL. It could be a bot issue.

IMHO, if the test is flaky it should be disabled.

It is not flaky- it does not work at all any longer. I will disable the test.

These tests were disabled after migrating to a new machine. They were then re-enabled again and I think they were green before they started failing like this. ehmaldonado: can you dig up information about exactly when we re-enabled these tests and if there were green builds before they started failing again?
