Regression:[MD Download] Weird blue ring is seen on 'open download folder' list of 'More actions' menu.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2840.6 (Official Build) 913de510430509b3a185e36e6ad568fe29392df6-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#28} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://downloads page. 2. Keep focus on 'More actions' icon using 'Tab' key and then click on 'Restore down' button of browser. 2. Now, resize the browser from RHS to LHS in such a way that 'More actions' and 'Search' icons gets hide. 3. Press 'Enter' key from keyboard and observed the 'open download folder' list of More actions icon. (Refer Video) Weird blue ring is observed on 'open download folder' list. No such ring should seen on 'open download folder' list. This is a regression issue, broken in M-54 series, below is bisect info. not able to repro on Canary #55.0.2851.0 on Mac OS X 10.11.6, able to reproduce on Dev # 54.0.2840.14 dchaubey@ - could you please check and update.

With response to comment #2: Re-tested the above issue on latest Canary 55.0.2857.0 (Official Build). It's not reproducible i.e. blue ring is not seen on 'open download folder' list.

Reverse bisected to find the CL that fixed this. Last bad build: 55.0.2853.0 First good build: 55.0.2854.0 Changelog: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/81356643cfe6ffe145741fb4b8fef53a3db86a50..2c6e050f06efedae49f77dd91baa016dbd2e8fe9 This was probably fixed by https://codereview.chromium.org/2318643003, hence merging into that. |
