md-settings Overlap popup to remove search engines with text

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2837.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to chrome://settings/searchEngines
2. Try to remove 'Yahoo!'
3. Notice strange behavior

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Did this work before? Yes Previous Dev build that I had installed

Chrome version: 54.0.2837.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
