Delete button in Files App has a weird light blue border

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Files app
2. Delete a file

What is the expected behavior?
Delete button follows MD guidelines

What went wrong?
Looks rather unpolished instead

This is WAI.
We do some customization on focus representation and button positions ('DELETE' and 'CANCEL' was inverted from MD guideline, to be consistent with other parts in Chrome OS)

Looks horrible though. Especially in contrast to the 'New folder' and 'Save' buttons seen in this attachment.
