Negative value scripting time

Reported by vird...@gmail.com, Aug 30 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go http://mathieuancelin.github.io/js-repaint-perfs/frzr/index.html (private mode preffered, because no plugins with cause some interaction)
2. Open dev tools
3. Open timeline
4. Start for ~5 seconds
5. Stop
6. Zoom in
7. Pan left/right until summary scripting would be negative

What is the expected behavior?
Scripting time is sum of all scripting times in viewport.

What went wrong?
Scripting isn't sum of all scripting times, but calculates on difference between different pan/zoom positions, so it suddenly becomes invalid.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

May be my screen resolution is an issue (4k).
May be my two displays are an issue.
Seems it's regression, in ~40.x versions all was ok. But I can't check.

NOTE: This is my very first report here, any suggestions are welcome.

I can't reproduce this so far -- would it be possible for you to share the actual timeline? Please note that having "Paint" disabled may help to reduce the size considerably.
