Issue descriptionSplitting this off from bug 633693 ... the DrMemory builders have been converted to GN and so they're still functional, but most of the test suites have a lot of failures and so they've been disabled. Since there's no one dedicated to working on these build configs at the moment, it's unclear how much effort we should put in here, but we should probably either shut the builders down or staff up to do the work and maintain them (like we do w/ the sanitizer builders and clusterfuzz).

The compilation on one of Dr.Memory builders has been broken for almost a week now ( issue 640185 ), se we need to fix that if we want to proceed with re-enabling the tests.

We decided to shut down the builders, and they've been shut down. We have, I think, one-last cleanup CL to land to remove a bunch of other references in the repo, and then we can close this.
