HaTS notification: Text color is grey just like the preview text

You are then allowed to enter text. 
There is a text field with preview text saying "Enter answer here" in grey font. When you begin typing, the font is also in grey. 

I would expect it to turn black for user input

Removing the UI>Notifications component label from this issue because this dialog is not a notification.
