Cursor Routing Keys do not Respond on VarioUltra

Reproduction Steps: 
1. COnnect VarioUltra to cvox2
2. type text into *any* textarea
3. Press cursor routing key above a character to move cursor, but notice that cursor doesn't move, where it should, so it's possible to edit
