Chrome detects buildbot log as Vietnamese

Windows Chrome 54.0.2837.0 (Official Build) dev-m (64-bit) detects this page:

This reliably happens every time.

I have attached the page since buildbot will delete the log at some point.

Unlike the Politico page, this page isn't actually random gibberish and it comes in all at once.

We submitted a CL on Friday that resolves this issue. The new prediction is English. The CL finds snippets of input text that are unreliable (e.g., repeated chunks, a lot of spaces), so that they are not considered during language prediction.
