Remove Ash specific touch UMAs

We should remove:

Ash.TouchPositionX, Ash.TouchPositionY, Ash.TouchStartBurst, Ash.TouchStartAfterEnd, Ash.ActiveTouchPoints  Ash.StationaryTouchDuration 

If we want this data, we should add cross platform UMAs. I don't think these are useful at this point though.
