What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm developing a website locally (hosted on my machine).
2. Website loads, Control + Click on element -> inspect.
3. Developer tools opens and I can see HTML and styles loaded in the tab.
4. If I click and hold the browser's reload page button (top left, next to Back and Forward browser history navigation) -> selecting Empty Cache and Hard Reload clears styles tab and developer tools must be quit and relaunched in order to see styles again.

[mac triage] Can you provide us with a sample test page or a screencast?
Is this Mac exclusive?
I'm not able to reproduce this either on 53.0.2785.116, both with www.google.com and also with a (pretty minimal) HTML page hosted locally (with inline styles as well as a external CSS document). Maybe try updating to see if the issue is still there?

I have the same case.

I will try to create a isolated sub page for you
