copy url in Google Chrome's address bar cause QClipboard::dataChanged() to be emitted twice

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/45.0.2454.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Run the program in
1. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39191394/slot-of-qclipboarddatachanged-was-called-twice
2.  copy url in Google Chrome's address bar

What is the expected behavior?
The program should only prin <url in Google Chrome's address bar> in the console once , but <url in Google Chrome's address bar> was actually printed twice 

What went wrong?
Other program like notepad only  cause  QClipboard::dataChanged() to be emitted once ,this is the correct behavior ,while chrome caused twice 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 45.0.2454.101  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Checked the issue in windows-10 using stable chrome build 52.0.2743.116 by following the below steps: 

1. Copied the url http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39191394/slot-of-qclipboarddatachanged-was-called-twice in the Google Chrome's address bar 
2. Opened dev tools and checked the console tab. 
3. Observed the URL got printed only once as expected. 

Reporter@ - Could you Please check this issue by upgrading the chrome version from 45.0.2454.101 to latest stable 52.0.2743.116 and update this bug with latest behavior.

I don't know how to use Chrome dev tools with console tab checked in this scenario to see the behavior ,however ,I tested the program provided above with Chrome/52.0.2743.116 and checked that QClipboard::dataChanged() was still emitted twice. Someone says it is  a bug in Chromium https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=173691
