What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome navigate to NTP and open devtools.
2. Now go to 'Sources' section and press 'Cmd + P' keys to open a file and select the first file (https://www.google.co.in/_/chrome/newtab?espv=2&ie=UTF-8).
3. Now press 'Cmd + F' keys to open 'Find in' bubble and enter word 'Type' in it and click on 'Search Previous' buttons few times,observe

Actual: Find box doesn't update results after pressing 'Search Previous' button.
Expected: Find box should update results after pressing 'Search Previous' button.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 43’ and below is manual regression and narrow bisect info:
