Issue description
Chrome Version : 51.0.2704.79 (Build para desarrolladores) Ubuntu 16.04 (64 bits)
Other browsers tested:
Firefox: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to a webpage that automatically triggers native form validation by sending a form which checkValidity() is false (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11866910/how-to-force-a-html5-form-validation-without-submitting-it-via-jquery)
Before the page sends the form, switch to another tab
What is the expected result?
You don't get any information about the invalid form fields, at least while you are not in the form tab.
What happens instead?
You can see the native validation messages in any tab.

I think I haven't explained well, when the page loads, it triggers the native validation, to reproduce the bug you need to: 1-Reload the page (https://vdrive.netelip.com). 2-Before the page finish loading, switch to another tab and wait.
