fire vrdisplaypresentchange event in chromium has different behavior which WebVR Spec defines

Project Member Reported by shaobo....@intel.com, Aug 29 2016

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. build chromium for android from master branch and install it on Nexus 6P which has Android N preview version
2. Run the sample attached.
3. click "enter vr" button

What is the expected behavior?
the sample will output '1' in console.
vrdisplaypresentchange event should be fired only once when VR presentation has begun until the presentation ended.

What went wrong?
the sample will output '1' '2' '3' and so on in console.
vrdisplaypresentchange event has been fired in subsequent requestPresent calls.

Did this work before? N/A

Hi Brandon, could you help to apply Chromium contributor privilege for Shabo(shaobo.yan@intel.com). Then he can own a crbug, cc crbug to corresponding people, and run chromium dryrun without lgtm.

Thanks a lot!
Hi Brandon, I'm major in internal and external event support in WebVR for android platform now. Any suggestion will be apprecation :)
Since this has been fixed in M56, I'll close it.
I don't have right to edit issue. So could someone help close this?

Mark it as fixed... Brandon, could you help to send an email to chromium-committer mailing list to request bug edit right for shaobo?
