chrome does not resume where i left off...

settings - on startup selected is 'resume where you left off'. it does not.

it defaults to home page.

which version of chrome and OS are you using?  did you reproduce this at work or at school or somewhere else where an administrator might've set a policy?

beta; 53.02785.80; OS X 10.11.6... at home. retired. no policy.

please ignore. not an issue. found out if one quit browser entirely (Chrome, Quit Google Chrome), it resumed where it left off. using the x button, not.
