[MD Settings] Text continuation is missing for added address under 'Addresses' section.

Chrome Version: 55.0.2843.0 (Official Build) beaf9f5d23523b4c285e73836b38df68165f0f00-refs/heads/master@{#414958} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill page.
2. Click on 'Add address' button and enter any long address under 'Street address' section.
3. Now, click on 'Save' button and observe the added address under 'Addresses' section.

Text continuation is missing for added address.
Text continuation should seen for added address.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-54 series as able to add address from build # 54.0.2799.0

This seems fine. @bettes, is the non-wrapping display of addresses intentional?

We should include some "..." at the end to indicate that the addresses are being cut off.
