Cannot change SHeet Tabs

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Open GOogle Sheets
2. ALT+shift+K to bring up list of sheets > arrow  > ENTER -- cvox2 is silent, so it's not possible to select a sheet
3. alt+page up/down is another way to switch to next/prev sheet, but I cannot figure out how to do this on the Samus keyboard

I have an external keyboard, and can't seem to get alt+pg-up or down to work either

Sheets refers to Google Sheets and I probably know as much as you what hotkeys are available. The one I know of is alt shift k to bring up the tab switcher in Sheets. This had some point conflicted with Chrome OS shortcuts.
