Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable CVox Next
2. sheets.google.com>>new or existing sheet.
3. CTRL+K to insert link
Expected: A *brief* informative set of instructions telling me where I am. I should be able to tab through the controls and enter a URL and name for a link that I wish to insert.
Actual: CVox talks and repeats itself a while, and tells me to insert or search for the link. Tabbing through to look at my options results in several text boxes/combo boxes being uttered. If I enter in a URL, tabbing finds an apply button, and if I keep tabbing I seem to land in some search results. I figured that I might be able to enter in a text title/description to the link I am adding... but if this feature is available, it does not appear in the tab order.
