Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36
Example URL:
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Example HTML:
<!doctype html>
<html><head>
<title>details triangle demo</title>
<style>
summary:hover {
color: red;
}
</style>
</head><body>
<details>
<summary>Options</summary>
<p>details body content</p>
</details>
</body></html>
Try mousing over and clicking on the <summary> element. Alternatively, try using the keyboard to activate it.
What is the expected behavior?
The color of the <summary> element's triangle should be statelessly derived from the stylesheet rules.
What went wrong?
The color of the triangle instead reflects the value of the color property as of the last time it was toggled, not responding to :hover changes. That is, given the sequence of events hover, click, un-hover, the triangle will be red while the text is not, and vice versa with just a hover.
