devtools integration for OOPIF |

Issue descriptionAs best I can tell, the devtools timeline doesn't show any information about out of process subframes. Am I misreading? I found this frustrating trying to investigate issue 641775 .

I'm hoping (optimistically probably) that we can ship TDI in Q1, so I'd like to see this fixed in Q4 if at all possible. Does that work?
