Braille command to toggle computer/UEB Braille

Reproduction Steps: 
1. It'd be great if there was a hotkey via Braille keyboard to toggle from UEB Grade 2 to Compute Braille
2. It's required to go into cvox2 options and toggle Braille table
3. Not convenient when on a email/password/URL field
