YouTube playlist 'NEXT' video integration

Reported by eladela...@gmail.com, Aug 28 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
This is a feature request.
For YouTube tabs, it will be nice if Chrome had another option in the context menu to skip to next YouTube video (just like the 'Mute' option that was added recently)
Of course this is applicable for YouTube pages (tabs) only.

What is the expected behavior?
Saving the 'huge' effort of entering the YouTube tab, clicking the video's 'Next' button and then go back to the tab you were working on. See attached.

What went wrong?
Nothing. You guys rock! ;)

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Confirming the issue as this is a feature request. Waiting for more inputs on this
Components: Blink>Media>Video
Obviously if this FR is accepted ("Next video"), the complementary options of "Previous video" and "Pause" make sense as well.

Thanks!
