keyboard/cvox2 focus are out of sync

Reproduction Steps: 
1. google.com
2. search+e to focus editbox
3. TAB

Observed: Focus goes to one of the footer links
Expected: Focus to go to the adjacent control of "Google search" button

This seems to have been fixed in yesterday's update. I no longer am seeing
this  here.
